General information (The Austrian hotel regulations (AGBH) apply - any deviations are listed below.)

Arrival and departure

Arrival

The rooms and apartments are usually available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and are reserved for you until 7:00 p.m. Arrivals before 3 p.m. are possible upon prior request and vacant apartments. In general, we ask all guests to give us the approximate arrival time.

Departure

We ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure. In the event of early departure, the full invoice amount minus the tourist tax will be charged.

Late Check-In

A late check-in is possible if requested in advance via our key safe. Information is given in advance.

Parking

Our guests have their own garage and parking spaces directly at the house.

WiFi is available in the entire house free of charge

Towels / initial equipment

Towels and bath towels are ready to hand for our guests! Furthermore Toilet paper, dishwasher taps, soap and shower gel as well as cosmetic towels.

Pets

Are not allowed (allergy-friendly)

Smoking

You live in a non-smoking apartment. Please smoke on the beautiful terrace with a wonderful view!

Ski room

We do offer a Storage room with boot dryer for your skis and boots.

Ski Rental

Our guests receive a 10% discount.

TV Program

Modern LED TVs with a large selection of programs and radio programs can be received.

Payment / other

Prepayment

In the case of firm reservations, we ask you to transfer a deposit of 30% of the booking amount to our account free of charge, so that we can make your booking binding.

A booking is only binding once we have received the deposit. These and any cancellation costs that may arise can be covered by travel cancellation insurance. In the case of cancellations that reach us within the free cancellation period, advance payments made will be transferred back. (minus any bank charges)

€ 2.20 per person per night (from the year of birth 2005 in 2021) - subject to change!

Travel Insurance
Because something can always happen, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance. In addition to cancellation protection, the european travel insurance offers assistance and support with regard to your hotel stay  – such as in event of trip interruption, involuntary holiday extension, distress in the mountains or an active corona disease.

Should an emergency really occur and you have to cancel your holiday for an insured reason, you can go here to report the claim online. The policy number, the booking confirmation, the paid cancellation invoice, the completed claim form and proof of the insured reason are required for the "European Insurance Company" to check the claim. (the cancellation invoice replaces part A of the claim form)

Subsequent insurance can also be taken out at any time using the following link. (If you take out insurance within 3 days of booking, the insurance applies immediately, a 10-day waiting period applies if you take out insurance late)

Cancellations
If you want to cancel your booking with us, you can do so at any time free of charge up to 42 days before arrival.
Any deposit that has already been paid will be refunded in full (possibly minus bank charges).

Cancellations from the 42nd day before arrival are staggered as follows:
30% from 42 days before arrival
50% from 14 days before arrival
100% from 7 days before arrival and in the event of no-show or early departure
 
Separate conditions are always communicated in writing and/or are included in the respective reservation confirmation. (such as for reservations made before 02/16/21)
Alternative cancellation conditions apply to "channel reservations" (Booking.com, Mayrhofen.at, etc.) and are communicated with the respective channel reservation.
Cancellation costs incurred can be covered by our cancellation insurance.

The invoice is to be paid upon arrival or by bank transfer in advance.
